Privacy Policy (Agreement)

To protect your privacy, VLADEV has instituted a legal Agreement ("Privacy Policy").

Please note:
"You", "your" means you, your company (either an individual person or a single legal entity), member of your website, or user of your website.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access, view, register on, or use any services of VLADEV.

VLADEV take privacy seriously. So we will not release personal identifying information about you without first obtaining consent for the information we collect, or use of your information. When you visit a website that is a client of VLADEV, we may collect general information that will not personally identify you, such as date of visit, time of visit, web page from which you came, path taken through the site, demographic information, Internet browser, operating system. This information provides statistics that we use to analyze and improve TrackAll Software.

Also, we will not collect any personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing, and shipping information, or credit card information, unless it is voluntarily given to us. When a user visits VLADEV, they do not have to reveal any personally identifiable information.

We do not share your personal information with third party service providers, suppliers, and independent contractors providing services for, or with VLADEV. Personally identifiable information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes unless required or authorized by law.

We may use "cookies" to gather statistical information that helps us understand what you find interesting and useful on our client web sites. You can decline our cookies by adjusting the "accept cookies" setting on your browser. Just remember, this may affect the functionality of TrackAll Software.

Our site's registration form requires customer to give us contact information (name and email address). We may use your contact information to send you information about upgrades, VLADEV, and promotional material from our partners.

We may embed a piece of code into pages of client web sites. This gives us statistical information about the pages visited, preferences, location previous to accessing the VLADEV Client web site. We do not use this code to collect any personally identifiable information.

VLADEV contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of web sites to which we link. But none of them receive individual identifying information about you collected by TrackAll.

We are committed to maintaining the security of the data we collect and protecting it from misuse, loss, or alteration. We store the data on secure VLADEV's servers that can be accessed only by authorized VLADEV's personnel. No one is permitted to access or use information for any purpose other than those explained in this privacy policy.

If you would like to update or delete any information you have submitted, please send a request to administrator of VLADEV. We will update or delete your information as soon as possible after your request, unless there we are required or authorized by law not to do so. If you require de-activation, your data will not be accessible. However due to limitations imposed by system backups to magnetic media, including the off site secure storage of data from our data warehouse, your data can in some circumstances remain on the tapes. In the unlikely event that one of these tapes is accessed as part of a larger recovery of VLADEV data, your data would be inaccessible for use by VLADEV's staff.

To fully protect your privacy, we reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. You acknowledge that VLADEV will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification or suspension of the service. You agree to review this privacy policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Each time you visit VLADEV, use fully/partly Software that is provided by VLADEV, or provide us with any information, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy at that time.

We will take all necessary steps to comply with this privacy policy. However, you agree to indemnify and save harmless VLADEV from all claims, damages, and expenses of whatever nature that may be made against VLADEV as a result of or related to participating or downloading materials in connection with VLADEV or its Service. Nothing in this policy is intended to hold VLADEV liable for any failure to comply with this policy. VLADEV does not control the privacy practices of our clients. So we advise that you read and fully understand their privacy policies.
